Dar Al-Dowailah Engineering Consultants and Construction Managerswasoriginally established in 1961 as a technical and legal extension of the Mostafa Abo Al-Azm Engineering Office.

Since the liberation of Kuwait, the firm has grown steadily to become one of the leading architectural and engineering companies in the country. Our office serves international, local, public and private clients, and has been very successful both in winning design competitions and in securing significant Build Operate Transfer projects with private sector investors and developers.

Today, Dar Al-Dowailah Engineering Consultants and Construction Managersconsists of over 200 full-time highly qualified professionals representing all project management, architectural and engineering disciplines. Our range of work covers design and supervision for architectural and engineering works including town planning and urban development, transportation planning and design, infrastructure and utilities, and multi-storey, mixed-use, residential, educational, cultural, commercial and office buildings.

Dar Al Dowailah is a full service firm,we provide services for all engineering aspects of preparing working and shop drawings, tender documents as well as construction management for large projects. With these services, we have completed a large number of reputable projects in the region of Kuwait and abroad.Dar Al- Dowailah has formed international alliances with some of the most prestigious project management, engineering and consultancy firms worldwide.

Dar Al-Dowailah has been working on some of the most prestigious and mega projects within the State of Kuwait, such as the complete master plan and design of the new Sabah Al-Ahmed City, the first fully designed and planned city in Kuwait. Other major contracts include the Regional Road, and the Fifth Ring Road. The awards of these projects, amongst many others- has made us one of the highly regarded consultancy firms within the State of Kuwait.
